- Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient goals, medical history, and suitability for aesthetic treatments.
- Non-Surgical Cosmetic Procedures: Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, microneedling, and laser therapies.
- Patient Care and Education: Provide patients with clear pre- and post-procedure instructions to ensure the best outcomes, and educate them on skincare, follow-up treatments, and aftercare.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with patients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and address any concerns or complications that may arise during or after treatments.
- Maintain Treatment Records: Document patient information, treatment plans, procedures performed, and follow-up care in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Infection Control and Safety: Follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and cleanliness of equipment and workspaces.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new techniques, trends, and advancements in aesthetic treatments, and provide recommendations on the best products for patient needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, dermatologists, and other medical professionals to ensure a high standard of care.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Valid nursing degree (RN, BSN) and licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Certification or specialized training in aesthetic or cosmetic nursing is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic or cosmetic nursing.
- Experience with injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures is required.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aging, and aesthetic enhancement techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with patients and provide high-quality care.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Confidence in handling medical equipment and tools related to cosmetic treatments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
