Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Officer to join our restaurant team in Leme, Abeokuta. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative operations, support staff coordination, maintain records, and ensure smooth internal communication.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and provide administrative support to restaurant management.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, inventory, and supplier documentation.
  • Handle internal and external communication, including responding to emails and inquiries.
  • Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and basic financial records.
  • Work closely with HR and finance to support payroll and staff welfare.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Admin, Office Management or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative role (experience in a restaurant/hospitality setting is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Asana and Trello is a plus
