- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office including: maintenance, supplies, procurement, and record-keeping.
- Develop document retention policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of organizational records, files, and documents.
- Manage office facilities and workspaces, ensure safe working environment and space planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, emergency procedures and standards as required.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers. Negotiate contracts and service agreements for cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and manage the administrative budget, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including transportation, accommodation and booking flights.
- Ensure remittances of payment including: NSITF, Pension, ITF etc.
- Handle Company insurances like claims, renewal of insurance policies and placement of risk.
- Develop Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) policy and manage the process.
