Job Description


  • We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative operations, leveraging your expertise in visa processing gained from the Nigeria Immigration Service.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to the team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee administrative tasks, including visa processing, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, particularly those related to immigration and visa processing.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle complex administrative issues and provide solutions.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, particularly in visa processing at the Nigeria Immigration Service.
  • Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
