Job Position: Admin Manager

Responsibilities
Administration & Facilities:
- Oversee office administration, asset management, and facility upkeep.
- Ensure all company premises meet safety, functionality, and compliance standards.
- Manage contracts for utilities, security, cleaning, and maintenance services.
Procurement:
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies for products, packaging, and operational supplies.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and reliability.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
Logistics & Supply Chain:
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce distribution.
- Manage warehousing operations, stock control, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure timely product availability.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with finance on budgeting, cost control, and vendor payments.
- Align procurement and logistics planning with product launches and sales campaigns.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
