Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Run accurate, timely payroll for internal employees and outsourced staff.
- Automate and streamline accounting workflows, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Track client payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage expense reporting.
- Oversee all accounts receivable/payable and ensure vendor payments are up to date.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Proactive and able to work independently
- 4+ years’ experience in accounting, preferably in a staffing or service-based firm.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, or any major accounting software.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and automation tools.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; ICAN or ACCA certification is a strong plus.
