About the Role
We’re seeking a confident, engaging, and professional female podcast host to become the voice of our upcoming podcast series. This role is ideal for someone with a natural flair for conversation, a passion for storytelling, and a strong presence behind the mic.
As the host, you’ll lead episodes covering topics in lifestyle, culture, current affairs, interviews, and more, while representing our brand with professionalism and authenticity.
Responsibilities
- Host and co-host weekly podcast episodes in-studio
- Conduct interviews with featured guests and public figures
- Collaborate with the creative team on content development and show structure
- Follow brand tone and production guidelines
- Engage with the audience and contribute to the show’s growth strategy
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Confident and composed on-air (audio and video)
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural conversation flow
- Experience in media, broadcasting, podcasting, or hosting (preferred but not required)
- Professional demeanor and time management skills
- Availability to attend in-person recordings and meetings at our studio in Maryland, Lagos
Audition & Interview Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an in-person audition and interview. The session will include:
- A short on-mic performance (scripted and freestyle)
- A mock interview or discussion segment
- A brief conversation with our production team
