Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining high-performance websites and digital platforms for both Rovatel and our clients. The ideal candidate is experienced in front-end and back-end development, has a strong eye for design and UX, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive websites using modern web technologies

Collaborate with the creative, brand, and digital marketing teams to translate visual designs into functional sites

Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO

Implement CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS frameworks

Troubleshoot bugs, conduct regular updates, and ensure overall site security and functionality

Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed (e.g., payment gateways, email marketing tools, analytics)

Work on landing pages, microsites, and campaign-related web products

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional web development experience

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like React or Vue.js

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design

Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and web performance tools

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Portfolio of past work (live websites or GitHub repos)

Nice to Have

Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for design collaboration

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)

Familiarity with version control tools like Git
