Full-Time | 3–6 Month Contract | Fully Remote
Core Requirements:
1. Technical Skills
They must demonstrate hands-on expertise in:
Web:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- React.js (Preferred: experience with TailwindCSS and Next.js)
- TypeScript (Strongly preferred)
- REST API & GraphQL integration
- UI state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
Mobile:
- React Native (iOS + Android builds)
- Familiar with Expo or bare workflow
- Performance optimization for mobile responsiveness
- Ability to share logic/components between web and app where possible
Design System:
- Familiar with design tokens and component libraries
- Figma to code translation — must be pixel-accurate
- Bonus: Experience with Framer Motion, Recharts, and Tailwind Variants
2. Tools & Platforms
Must be comfortable with:
- Git & GitHub collaboration
- Jira or similar task tracking
- Slack, Notion, or other async team tools
- Storybook (if used for component testing)
3. Experience
- 3+ years of professional front-end development
- At least 1 full project delivered using React Native
- Experience building dashboard-style UIs
- Worked on admin panels, chatbot UIs, or CRM-like systems a big plus
Soft Skills:
- Fast and independent executor
- Eye for clean UI and responsive UX
- Comfortable with daily stand-ups and weekly delivery goals
- Can collaborate with backend and design without hand-holding
Required References:
- Portfolio with at least 3 live projects (web and mobile)
- GitHub or CodeSandbox links
- LinkedIn profile
- (Optional) 1–2 references from previous clients or employers
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Supabase or Firebase
- Familiar with Twilio APIs, WhatsApp integration
- Understanding of AI chatbot UIs
- Built admin dashboards for SaaS tools or messaging apps
