✅ Your Core Responsibilities:
- Visa Application Processing
- Review clients' documents for visa compliance and completeness
- Fill and submit visa applications for UK, Canada, Australia, and more
- Write and review SOPs, cover letters, and sponsor letters professionally Track submission deadlines, biometrics, and embassy updates
- Client Communication & Guidance
- Guide clients through every stage of their journey (admission, visa, POF, tours, etc.).
- Share embassy timelines and request missing documents professionally. Maintain regular contact with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Accuracy & Compliance
- Ensure accurate data entry and clean documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with embassy rules, visa rejection trends, and policy changes. Adhere strictly to internal SOPs and government visa guidelines.
- Team Collaboration
- Work with Client Support Officers to get timely client information.
- Liaise with Admission Officers on offer letters and CAS. Escalate issues or red flags to the Visa Team Lead or Branch Manager.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain proper tracking and database of all active visa cases.
- Submit weekly updates to the Visa Team Lead on assigned clients.
- Record reasons for visa refusals and lessons learned. Stay updated on latest travel policies and visa changes.
