Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive background checks, including employment, education, criminal records, and reference verifications
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all verification processes
- Manage existing client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and sell background check services to potential clients
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all verification activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensurethe timely and efficient delivery of verification reports
- Stay informed on industry best practices and compliance requirements Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in background checks and sales of related services
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships
