Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Van Sales Representative to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products directly to customers, increasing sales through effective route planning, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and deliver FMCG products to retail outlets, small businesses, and other clients along an assigned route.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer information.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity in the area.
- Manage van stock levels, conduct daily vehicle checks, and ensure proper handling of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant legal requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in van sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with route planning and basic inventory management.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦110,000.00 per month
