Location: Port Harcourt
Role Summary: Drive the success of IT initiatives by managing organizational change, accelerating technology adoption, and ensuring measurable business value is realized.
Focus on stakeholder engagement, end-user enablement and benefit realization across major technology programs, align change strategies with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize resistance for IT projects and digital transformations.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations to tailor communications, training, and engagement strategies.
Facilitate user onboarding and behavioural change for new systems through targeted communications, training sessions, learning paths, and end-user support campaigns. Manage benefit realization processes by tracking key outcomes, financial/non-financial gains, and user adoption metrics post-implementation.
Build and manage a change network or champion community to support local engagement and feedback loops.
Coordinate Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs), lessons learned sessions, and user feedback forums to validate impact and course-correct where needed.
Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure transparency and reinforce key messages across all phases of the change lifecycle.
Maintain alignment with business value objectives, ensuring IT investments are measured, reported, and optimized for tangible returns.
Co-facilitate the Virtual Centre of Excellence (CoE) and user forums to promote knowledge sharing, adoption best practices, and continuous learning.
Support agile IT communications, including service launch announcements, outage notices, and feature updates across user channels.
Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the Business Engagement and Transformation agenda.
Develop knowledge articles as applicable to respective field.
Job Attributes & Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
Equivalent experience acceptable.Experience: 3–5 years in organizational change management, user enablement, or business transformation roles.
Preferred Certifications:
Prosci Change Management
ITIL Foundation
CBAP or Business Value/Benefits Realization certifications
Skills:
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Knowledge of change management frameworks and tools
Ability to quantify benefits and value realization
Experience in designing and executing training and awareness campaignsCollaborative, user-centric mindset
