Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager at Custodian Life Assurance Ltd., located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents, implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing team performance, conducting training sessions, preparing sales reports, and maintaining client relationships. The Unit Manager will need to coordinate between onsite work and remote work as needed.
Qualifications

• Team management and leadership skills
• Experience in sales strategies, performance analysis, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• BSc/HND and above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software
Minimum of 2 years experience in Life Insurance sales is compulsory
