We seek to hire a Training & Event Marketer to help increase brand visibility, drive course enrollments, and promote event participation by creating compelling campaigns, managing communications, and building strategic partnerships for GeoAcademy and Geoinfotech’s events.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans and campaigns for training, webinars, and events
- Coordinate end-to-end event planning, logistics, and promotion
- Generate leads and manage sign-ups through digital and offline strategies
- Collaborate with content creators to design marketing materials (flyers, social media, newsletters, etc.)
- Use data analytics and feedback to optimize marketing performance
- Build relationships with schools, organizations, and tech communities for training outreach
- Maintain event calendars and ensure timely execution
- Monitor competitors’ marketing efforts and identify trends Provide periodic reports on campaign performance and ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event or training marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (email, social media, SEO, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Zoho, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent writing and content creation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of GIS or tech education is an added advantage
