Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketer to join our client’s travel agency team. The ideal candidate will handle ticket issuance, booking management, and client support, ensuring a smooth travel experience. Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly preferred.

Job Description/Requirements
:
- Issue domestic and international flight tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Make and manage accurate travel reservations according to client needs.
- Handle ticket reissues, cancellations, date changes, and process refunds.
- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, or in person.
- Advise clients on travel documentation, visa requirements, and airline policies.
- Communicate fare rules, penalties, and itinerary changes clearly to clients.
- Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and client information.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel service providers to confirm bookings.
- Upsell services such as hotel bookings, car rentals, and travel insurance. Stay updated on airline fares, promotions, and industry trends.

- Proven experience as a Ticketer or in a similar travel industry role.
- 2–3 years of experience in any travel and tour agency.
- Proficiency in at least one GDS platform (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and reservation systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage booking changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with international travel documentation and visa processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Must reside close to the job location.
