Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and other stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of ticket-related transactions
- Maintain records and databases of ticket bookings and customer interactions Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in ticketing software and systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
