Role Overview:

Hackmamba is seeking a skilled and creative Technical Video Content Creator to join our team. This role involves creating high-quality video content tailored to mid-level and senior developers. You will produce both short and long-form video content, including tutorials, product walkthroughs, technical deep dives, and use-case demonstrations. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has a strong understanding of developer tools and SaaS platforms, and knows how to communicate technical concepts effectively through video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, script, and produce engaging technical video content, including but not limited to:
• Product tutorials and walkthroughs.
• Explainer videos for complex technical concepts.
• Interviews with technical experts and customers.
• Short-form videos for social media (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
• Work closely with the Hackmamba content team to align video topics with overall marketing and content strategies.
• Ensure all video content resonates with our target developer audience by focusing on clarity, usability, and practical value.
• Maintain a high standard of video production quality, including scripting, recording, editing (when required), and visual/audio clarity.
Stay updated on video content trends and continuously seek new ways to enhance engagement and impact.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating technical video content, including scripting, recording, and basic editing.
• Strong understanding of developer tools, SaaS platforms, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter for content distribution.
• Ability to create content that aligns with Hackmamba’s mission and maintains the trust of our developer audience.
Knowledge of video production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, or similar).

Nice to Have:

• Experience as a developer or working closely with technical teams.
• Knowledge of SEO for video content.
Ability to create motion graphics or basic animations to enhance videos.
