Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Compressor and turbines - sale of equipment, spare parts, repairs, refurbishment, and after-sales follow-up and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the after-sales service and maintenance needs of equipment and machinery manufactured and/or sold by Nuovo Pignone Intl.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source, order, and manage inventory of spare parts for reciprocating, centrifugal, and axial compressors, gas, and steam turbines, and turboexpanders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of spare parts inventory.
- Oversee the repair and refurbishment of equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and OEM specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to diagnose issues and implement effective repair strategies.
- Manage relationships with external repair facilities and ensure quality control.
- Plan and execute capacity management and upgrade projects for compressors, turbines, and turboexpanders.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate upgrades.
- Develop and deliver remote training programs for clients on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Customize training content based on specific client needs and equipment configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after training sessions.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to clients to enhance the reliability and performance of their equipment.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all service activities, including spare parts usage, repair logs, and training sessions. Prepare and submit regular reports to management on service performance, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- BSc. in Engineering
- Candidate must have Oil & Gas technical sales experience
