As a Full-Time Tech Hub Associate at Cactus Tech, your role is essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and customer-focused environment at our newly established Tech Hub. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our services: computer classes, typing and printing, coworking space access, and training/meeting hall bookings. The ideal Tech Hub Associate is friendly, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and has a passion for helping people. You will engage directly with both kids and adults, supporting their tech learning journeys, while also managing printing needs, customer inquiries, and facility bookings. You will also contribute to the upkeep of the hub's appearance, safety, and technology tools.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Promote upcoming classes and available services, and encourage use of the coworking or hall space.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to services, schedules, pricing, and availability.
- Support parents, children, and adult learners enrolled in tech classes.
- Assist customers with typing, printing, photocopying, and scanning needs.
- Operate basic computer software and troubleshoot common tech issues.
- Help clients navigate the use of public computers or coworking equipment.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and professional-looking hub.
- Manage bookings for the coworking space and training/meeting hall.
- Coordinate with instructors and facilitators to ensure class setup is timely and efficient.
- Monitor use of resources and report any maintenance or supply needs.
- Keep daily records of services rendered, customer feedback, and attendance for classes.
- Track payments, receipts, and booking confirmations.
- Support general clerical tasks as needed.
- Build positive relationships with clients and local community members. Help promote the Tech Hub through word of mouth and community outreach
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND; additional training or certification in admin, IT, or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office, Canva, or Google Docs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in a front-desk, customer service, or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent at multitasking, proactive problem-solving, and staying organized.
