We are a leading Entertainment & Content Powerhouse, renowned for producing and distributing premium African content across YouTube, TV, and Radio. As the biggest YouTube partner in Africa, based in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos, we are dedicated to discovering and showcasing Africa’s brightest talents.

We are seeking the services of an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting promising social media personalities with the potential to become the next big stars. You will actively scout for emerging talent, foster relationships, and work to sign and manage their media presence across platforms. Our mission is to “catch them young,” nurture their creativity, and guide them to maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard talented content creators, influencers, and entertainers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with talents, skit makers, and online content creators.

Maintain 24/7 awareness of trends and emerging personalities across social media platforms.

Negotiate and manage talent contracts.

Qualifications & Requirements

B.Sc./HND in any discipline.

Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management.

Proven track record in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.

Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
