Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring & Evaluation Officer with Project Management Professional (PMP) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) certifications to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of M&E frameworks across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies for project tracking and impact assessment.
- Design logical frameworks, performance indicators, and data collection plans aligned with project goals.
- Conduct field visits, audits, and evaluations to ensure project activities meet quality and safety standards.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with PMP standards and HSE protocols.
- Train staff and partners on M&E systems, data collection, and reporting procedures. Prepare periodic reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- PMP Certification (mandatory).
- HSE Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&E roles within development, Energy, or public sector projects.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international donor reporting standards (e.g., USAID, DFID, World Bank)
