We’re seeking a Talent Associate to provide essential support across our professional and personal lives. This role combines personal assistant responsibilities with talent and business coordination , offering an exciting entry point into the worlds of entertainment, influencer marketing, and startups.
Role Overview
The Talent Associate will be the organisational backbone of our ventures, ensuring smooth operations day-to-day. You’ll manage diaries, communications, and logistics while also contributing to campaign coordination, talent management, and research. The role is hybrid , with a mix of remote work and in-person collaboration in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Personal Support
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling, travel, and lifestyle admin.
- Ensure personal and professional priorities are well-coordinated.
- Talent & Campaign Coordination
- Liaise with creators, musician, brands, and partners.
- Support campaign deliverables, briefs, timelines, and reporting.
- Business Operations
- Maintain documents, contracts, and project trackers.
- Support meetings with preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Communication
- Draft, organise, and manage professional correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders where needed.
- Research & Insights Conduct research on industry trends, opportunities, and partnerships.

Skills & Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Media, or related field preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy when handling sensitive matters.
- Tech-savvy: confident with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and social platforms.
- Passionate about entertainment, creators, and business . Adaptable self-starter who thrives in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
