We’re Hiring: Investment Associate
Location: Lekki, Lagos | Industry: Financial Services

Are you passionate about wealth building and client relationships?
Asteric Asset Management is looking for a dynamic Wealth Management Associate to drive deposit mobilization and lead client acquisition efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients (HNIs, SMEs, retail investors)
- Mobilize fixed-term deposits with attractive rates
- Build strong client relationships to drive reinvestment and referrals
- Ensure complete KYC and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams Report market feedback and trends to management
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in client acquisition, investment mobilization, or wealth advisory
- Strong network of potential investors is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional 1-3 years relevant experience
