Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Dispatching: Receiving, unloading, and shelving all supplies. Inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damage.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including material received and returned.
- Storage and Organization: Ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining a neat and organized storage space, and managing the store layout
- Stock Rotation: Rotating stock and disposing of surplus or expired items.
- Supervision: Supervising other staff members and maintaining a record of sales.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to government regulations.
- Reporting: Reporting damaged inventories, submitting reports to management, and preparing material received reports (MRR).
- Coordination: Coordinating and handling freight and movement of equipment. Following Procedures: Following established company guidelines for replenishing stock and completing documentation.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of an HND degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the role or a similar role
- The ideal candidate should be organized
