We’re looking for a Store manager who is smart, organized, and passionate about storytelling, style, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in clients with top-tier customer service.
- Manage and fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer communications across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media.
- Create and pitch content ideas that align with brand identity and goals.
- Track social media trends and implement strategies to boost visibility and sales.
- Assist in daily operations and help drive brand growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation (photography, videography, editing).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current digital trends.
- Highly organized, reliable, and communicative.
- Comfortable working on-site in Surulere (this is not a remote role).
- Passion for or background in fashion is a strong advantage.
