Position: Spa Manager – Wellness Spa
Location: Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000
Work Schedule: 8:30am – 7:00pm | Monday – Saturday
Job Summary:
A reputable Wellness Spa in Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, supervising spa treatments, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of therapists, receptionists, and other spa staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Monitor spa inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop strategies to increase spa revenue and customer retention.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare reports on spa performance and present to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in spa/hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused with passion for wellness and beauty.
