Our client is a beauty and aesthetics clinic located in Lekki, Lagos. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of customer service, staff performance, and overall guest experience. This role involves managing staff, coordinating treatments and services, driving revenue through promotions and packages, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve service quality.
- Design and promote spa packages, treatments, and promotions to attract and retain clients.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff (therapists, receptionists, attendants).
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development.
- Foster a positive team culture and maintain high staff morale.
Financial & Business Management
- Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability; implement strategies to meet targets.
- Oversee stock levels, inventory control, and supplier relationships.
Marketing & Business Development
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep services competitive.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in spa, salon, or hospitality management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional spa/beauty/wellness management certification (advantage).
- Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness trends.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in spa booking systems and MS Office.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
