Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Mount solar panels, connect wiring, and install inverters and other electrical components.
- Conduct routine inspections, clean panels, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with solar systems, including electrical malfunctions and performance problems.
- Communicate with clients about system operation, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs. Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Understanding of solar panel systems, electrical wiring, and safety codes.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Effectively identify and address problems encountered during installation or maintenance.
- Clearly communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work on rooftops, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
