Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative, based in Abuja, to lead our local B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will leverage established distribution channels, build new strategic partnerships, and close deals with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and expand a network of distributors, dealers, and installers in and around Abuja.
  • Identify and engage potential clients—partners, EPC contractors, commercial businesses, and large-scale residential developers.
  • Drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closing.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing for localized promotions and technical seminars or events.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events across the region.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the solar energy sector—specifically solar inverters and lithium batteries preferred.
  • Strong existing relationships with channel partners in Abuja (e.g., installers, EPCs, distributors).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and high drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages/dialects is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Nigeria and maintain flexibility.
