Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager/ Content Creator to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gadgets, digital trends, and creating engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote products, sales, and brand awareness.
- Create, schedule, and manage daily content (posts, videos, stories, reels) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), and WhatsApp.
- Monitor trends in the tech/gadget space and create timely, relevant content.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan campaigns and product launches.
- Run paid social media ads to boost product visibility and drive conversions.
- Track and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or Hootsuite.
- Build relationships with influencers and tech content creators to promote the brand.
- Take and edit high-quality photos and short videos of products for content use.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience managing social media for a product-based brand (preferably in gadgets, electronics, or tech retail).
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot).
- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online customer service is a plus.
- Creative, organized, and results-driven.
Preferred Skills:
- Photography skills or experience with product shoots
- Knowledge of gadgets, mobile devices, and tech trends
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
