Job Type: Hybrid.
We’re seeking a creative and results driven Social Media Manager with solid experience in the digital marketing industry.
The ideal candidate must have previously worked with a digital marketing agency and possess a deep understanding of social media trends, strategies and contents that drives engagement and growth.
This person will lead our client’s social media efforts, from curating content to managing campaigns, while making sure everything aligns with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor trends, viral content, conversations and tie them back to our client’s mission in a meaningful and timely way
- Plan, curate, and publish creative content across all platforms to increase engagement and visibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Success teams to support marketing campaigns
- Strategically manage organic and paid social campaigns from start to finish
- Use tools to schedule, monitor, and analyze content performance
- Track performance metrics and optimize based on data and user insights
- Develop a consistent tone of voice that builds brand recognition and strengthens community trust
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Must have prior experience with a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, culture, and real-time marketing
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, platform-appropriate content
- A creative thinker with the ability to execute ideas fast
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent written communication skills and an eye for compelling visuals
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut e.t.c
- Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using insights to guide strategy
