We are passionate about our brand and are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to help us tell our story and connect with our community in new and exciting ways.
The Role: We are seeking a highly creative, energetic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, on-site role that requires a passion for all things social media, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and a comfort level with being the face of our brand. The ideal candidate will be a true content creator, comfortable in front of the camera, and adept at building a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Camera-Facing Content Creation & Strategy:
- Serve as the on-camera personality for the brand's social media channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
- Ideate, script, film, and edit engaging, short-form video content that highlights our products, brand story, and company culture. This includes product showcases, "day in the life" content, behind-the-scenes looks, and trend-based videos.
- Develop a consistent on-camera persona that is authentic, engaging, and aligns with our brand's voice.
- Monitor video performance metrics and iterate on content strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
2. Social Media Management & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and foster a strong online community.
- Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and timely content flow.
- Write compelling and on-brand copy for all social media posts.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations with influencers and other brands.
3. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rates).
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
4. Community Building & Collaboration:
- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and credibility.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online community around our brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful social media campaigns and growth.
- Must be comfortable and confident in front of a camera. A portfolio or examples of camera-facing content (e.g., TikToks, Reels) is required.
- Proficiency in video creation and editing software (e.g., CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for the retail and fashion industry, and a keen eye for trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
