Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the management team to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets.
- Client Acquisition : Identify and engage potential clients, including schools and educational institutions, to introduce our products and secure contracts.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities and actively evaluate customer needs.
- Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products and services, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented.
- Performance Tracking : Utilise key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, adjusting as needed to maximise results.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and product enhancements.
- Process Improvement : Continually assess and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting : Provide detailed reports of sales outcomes, forecasting, and potential new markets or customer needs to management.
- Training and Development : Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organisations to enhance job knowledge.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, preferably in the education technology industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel as required.
