- We are looking for a creative, charismatic, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Brand Creator to fully implement our marketing strategy across all platforms. This is not just a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be the face of the brand, representing us across social content, creating engaging visuals and videos, and owning our online presence end-to-end.
You’ll play a critical role in creating, designing, editing, publishing, and promoting content that converts followers into customers. If you live and breathe social media, love being on camera, and can design and edit high-converting content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and implement the full marketing strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage a robust content calendar tied to product launches, campaigns, seasonal trends, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and logistics teams to align social strategy with business goals.
2. Content Creation & On-Camera Brand Representation
- Be the face of the brand on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Shoot and appear in videos (e.g. unboxings, behind-the-scenes, product showcases, skits, customer tips).
- Host product demos, promotional videos, and announcements in a relatable and engaging way.
- Present and speak confidently and naturally on camera.
3. Graphic Design & Video Editing
- Design scroll-stopping graphics, stories, ads, and banners using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Add captions, transitions, voiceovers, music, and branding elements to videos.
- Ensure all creative is brand-consistent and conversion-focused.
4. Paid Social Campaigns
- Set up, test, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Collaborate on targeting, copy, and creative assets to drive traffic and conversion.
- Track ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition performance.
5. Community Management & Engagement
- Manage DMs, comments, mentions, and user questions across all platforms.
- Start conversations, respond to customer inquiries, and drive engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and loyal brand fans for user-generated content (UGC).
6. Performance Reporting
- Analyze and report on key metrics weekly and monthly: reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, video views, etc.
- Identify trends and recommend optimizations based on performance data.
7. Support Full Marketing Process
- Launch and promote products using urgency and FOMO tactics (e.g. countdowns, limited-time offers).
- Coordinate seasonal and holiday campaigns end-to-end.
- Automate and manage retargeting flows, email triggers, and upsell offers.
- Track customer journey from ad click to sale using Shopify tools and Meta Pixel.
Requirements
- 2+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or brand/content creation.
- Confident on camera with a friendly and relatable personality.
- Excellent graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and virality.
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, ads, and CTAs.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, and Shopify (bonus).
