Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with strong graphic design skills to manage and grow our online presence. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who can create engaging visual content, develop social media strategies, and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, design, and edit high-quality visual content (graphics, videos, animations) for social media platforms.
- Manage and schedule daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply them to improve content strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall brand objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Experience creating short-form videos and reels is a plus.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content optimization.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects remotely.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
