Job Summary:
Glossy Heritage Media is relaunching and is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to plan, create, post, and manage content across social media platforms for various client accounts. This person will be responsible for building strong online communities, driving engagement, and enhancing digital visibility for our clients through visual storytelling and smart content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars for multiple client accounts
- Create engaging graphics, captions, reels, carousels, and short-form video content tailored to each brand
- Manage day-to-day posting and monitor performance on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
- Shoot and edit video content using mobile or basic editing tools
- Stay on top of trends and incorporate them creatively into client content
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage meaningfully with client communities
- Track and analyze insights (engagement, reach, growth) and prepare reports for internal and client review
- Work with the digital marketer and creative team to ensure alignment with campaigns and brand voice
- Maintain an organized content library and consistent posting schedule
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a social media manager or content creator (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Skilled in basic video editing and mobile content production (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills and eye for aesthetic visuals
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithm updates
- Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry is an added advantage
