Job Title: Media Influencer & Campaign Expert

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer & Campaign Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and deliver measurable impact.
This role requires strong influencer network management, campaign strategy expertise, and the ability to deliver campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer-led campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
- Ensure influencer content is brand-compliant and resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, digital culture, and emerging platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or brand partnerships.
- Strong network of influencers and knowledge of local/global influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using social media and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
