Job Summary
CFL Training Services Ltd is a leading provider of professional certification training in Scrum, Six Sigma, Project Management, and other career-advancing programs. We help professionals and organizations achieve excellence through quality training, expert facilitation, and globally recognized certifications. We are seeking a results-oriented Social Media & Brand Promotion Specialist to increase traffic to CFL’s website and drive course enrollments through targeted online marketing. This role focuses on creating impactful content, managing digital campaigns, and executing our marketing calendar to ensure consistent brand visibility and audience engagement.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, reels, videos, graphics, and captions) that aligns with CFL’s marketing calendar.
- Manage CFL’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to grow followers and engagement.
- Run targeted digital campaigns to direct potential students to CFL’s website and course registration pages.
- Produce and edit high-quality short-form videos for promotions, testimonials, and event highlights.
- Track analytics and report on campaign performance, including website traffic, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- Optimize content and strategies based on performance data to maximize enrollment. Collaborate with the marketing team to align all activities with CFL’s sales and brand objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing with measurable results in lead generation or sales.
- Strong content creation and video editing skills (using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar).
- Understanding of social media advertising, targeting, and analytics.
- Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
Work Structure & Hours:
- Mostly remote — limited in-person attendance as needed.
- Flexible schedule (3–4 days per week). Performance measured by website traffic growth and course enrollment numbers in line with marketing go
Work Mode: Primarily Remote (Limited In-Person Hours)
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
