JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Managers to join our sales team. We seek highly experienced result-driven sales experts from FMCGs, Insurance, Corporate Banking sectors . These Sales Managers will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, drive sales growth, set sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction and ensure the effective execution of sales activities to achieve the company's revenue goals.
The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong background and experience in advanced sales prospecting and closing deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize and achieve sales targets and business objectiveswithin assigned territories or dealerships.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and capitalize on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales and growth.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
3. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the sales performance and strategic initiatives.
4. Collaboration :
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional activities.
- Coordinate with finance and administration to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, customer meetings and network to enhance and promote the company’s brand presence and build relationships.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Extensive experience of over 10 years in sales management, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a regional or territory-based sales role.
Essential Skills:
- Strategic planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with dealers, customers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of sales management tools and technologies, such as MS Office and CRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Working experience in FMCGs, Insurance, Corporate Banking sectors is mandatory.
