Location: Amuwo, Lagos
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Set performance goals, monitor team progress, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Organize regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies for the electrical/electronic product lines.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in pricing strategies and promotional planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and regulatory standards.
