We are seeking for a Senior Sales Executive to execute all sales and marketing activities, achieve and surpass agreed sales targets of the boutique within a defined level of expenditure. The selected individual will be responsible for the boutique operations in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities:
The Job holder is to:
· To achieve the allocated annual sales revenue and volume target on a weekly
and monthly basis.
· To ensure that the 21 service point procedures are adhered to.
· To send daily, weekly and monthly reports to line manager on sales performance,
customer footfall, steps of sales call and competition activities.
· To attend the weekly Monday and other approved meetings which will include
sales performance review, role play, visual merchandising and product
knowledge
. To revive all allotted inactive/dormant accounts into active buying clients within the customers portfolio managed.
· To sell assigned targets of all product carried by the company in volume for entry level, mid-range and high-end watches
· To sell allocated targets of Montblanc business products to current and prospective clients of the company
· To actively develop, recruit new customers and sell into all sales channels B2C, B2B, B2G
· Provide excellent customer relationship management and service to clients.
· To sell out apportioned inventory of ageing products allocated as targets.
· To actively participate and contribute towards the culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, work ethic, high sales achievement and customer delight.
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
2. Preferably a background of at least 5 years specializing sales
3. Experience in luxury industry, FMCG, banking will be an added advantage
