Hiring a Quantity Surveyor (Grade IV) with 5–9 years of experience and QSRBN registration to support cost planning and control functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates and cost plans
- Assist in tender preparation and analysis
- Validate project expenditures and materials
- Participate in project progress reviews
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
- 5–9 years of experience
- QSRBN registration required
Skills Required:
- Cost control and budget tracking
- Documentation and progress reporting
- Excellent MS Excel and QS software skills
