Job Summary
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Grade III) with 1–4 years of professional experience and QSRBN registration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and material take-offs
- Track on-site costs and prepare payment certifications
- Support procurement and contract analysis
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
- 1–4 years of experience
- QSRBN registration required
Skills Required:
- Basic project costing and reporting
- Familiarity with QS documentation tools
- Good analytical and teamwork skills
