We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Senior Project Engineer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Industry: Oil & Gas Industry
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and clients.
- Conduct site visits and solve issues early.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Support and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Petroleum, or related field
- 5+ years in oilfield services or project management.
- Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, and production.
- Proven project management skills (budgeting, scheduling).
- Excellent communication and leadership.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Prior oil and gas experience required.
Nice to Have:
- Professional Engineering certification (PE) or equivalent.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards (API, OSHA).
