Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketer of shops and office spaces at Banex Mall located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Senior Marketer will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. Other tasks include managing digital marketing efforts, coordinating marketing activities, creating promotional materials, and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong skills in market research and analysis of market trends of shops and spaces in Lagos
• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media management and online advertising
• Ability to create compelling promotional materials and content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage marketing projects and coordinate activities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Previous experience in the commercial, real estate, or hospitality sectors is a plus
