Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- overseeing the design, construction, and marketing phases of development projects.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Obtain permits, approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams
- Identify and acquire suitable land or properties for development
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and partners Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
- Familiarity with construction processes and timelines
- Proven experience in real estate development or project management
- Knowledge of local zoning laws and permitting processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
