What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, modelling, and ROI analysis for gas infrastructure and LNG projects
- Structure and support capital raising efforts with banks, DFIs, and private equity partners
- Advise on LNG/gas sales contracts, pricing models, and market strategy
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian fiscal and energy regulations (NMDPRA, FIRS, GACN)
- Present financial insights and forecasts to leadership, investors, and external stakeholders
What You Bring
- 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, with strong focus on gas commercialisation & project finance
- Proven track record in fund sourcing, LNG advisory, and financial modelling
- Deep knowledge of Nigeria’s gas value chain, pricing frameworks, and regulatory landscape
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Professional certifications (CFA, ACA/FCA, ACCA/FCCA, MBA) strongly preferred
