We’re seeking a Backend Engineer with solid experience in Python (Flask) and MongoDB to support the development of high-performance APIs and backend services for a rapidly scaling product platform. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend components that are critical to powering customer-facing features and internal tools

What You’ll Do:

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and Flask
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas and queries to support scalable data models
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to ship end-to-end features
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimizations
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback to peers
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable and fast deployments
• Unit testing
8 hours working overlap with Eastern Timezone

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive backend development experience with Python, with a strong focus on Flask or similar microframeworks
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performancetuning
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Comfortable working in a modern development environment with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
