Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting functions in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have experience with accounting software, basic understanding of Nigerian tax regulations, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support in preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Help in generating reports for internal use and audit purposes.
Support the senior accountant in monthly closings and reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation.
Assist in inventory records and cost tracking.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
Requirements:
B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of Nigerian tax laws and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Ability to work as part of a team and under supervision.

Pay: ₦800,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
